Sprinting faster?

i wanna improve my sprinting speed i wanna practice but i dont where to start i can not sprint for a long time like long running arent there some drills to help my explosiveness and flexiblity for short fast run i cant go to gym or buy any equpment i really need help thnx

  1. set up 2 markers about 10 metres from each other and sprint from each one over and over.

    or 40 metres apart and time yourself.

    get yourself fitter by skipping, you dont have to go for long distance running as you use different muscles in different ways. practice coming off the mark (the start of the race) as thats where most ppl slow down their time with their slow reaction.

    use your whole foot when sprinting not your toes, you'll get more power behind you.  

    and practice ALL THE TIME!!!


  2. stretch because the more flexible you are the longer your strides will be witch will make you run faster. if you want explosiveness then try some plyometrics.  set up some cones about a foot apart and then jump with your feet together in between each one. using the same cones jump diagonally in between each one. work out your legs a lot this will of coarse make them stronger. try running suicides on a basketball court or a football field.
