Sprinting help?

i wanna improve my sprinting speed i wanna practice but i dont where to start i can not sprint for a long time like long running arent there some drills to help my explosiveness and flexiblity for short fast run i cant go to gym or buy any equpment i really need help thnx

  1. No equipment is needed for plyometrics and acceleration drills.

    Just search for PLYOMETRICS such as bounding, high knee lifts, hopping, squat jumps etc..


  2. Well, start with 100 meter sprints at the park or something. It also depends how old you are, if you are like 50, then I don't think you can make much difference unless you are very fit.

    If you are a teenager (like me) then just start with 100 meter sprints and it should help.
