Sprinting?

What can improve my sprinting? I'm already fats but I want to go further in my athletic dreams. Food, exercise and practise suggestions would be of great help! =]

  1. Try working out your legs a bit more and do some plyometrics such as butt kicks, A Skips, and accelerations. Also pump your arms from your pockets to ears when you run because your form is the most critical thing that needs to be done well in order to win a race. Form is the most essential thing when you sprint.


  2. Try running 5 miles in the morning and 5 miles at night.  Those are the two coolest times during the day. When you start out run for 3 days and each week build on an extra day.  You might need a day to cool off at first.  Also try doing weight  training.  Put ankle weights on and just do a couple sprints.  This really helps your speed and endurance.  Food that help are proteins.  Try having these before you run.  Like eggs in the morning and chicken or meat at night.  Water is really good too, the best there is.  Don't drink Gatorade or Vitamin Water c**p.  It's just full of sugars that slow you down.  Try eating healthy too.  Good luck in you athletic dreams.
