I have one week til Provincial Finals.. so I wana prepare the best I can.
-What should I do to train/practice to keep myself at my best physical condition
-What food should I eat the day before, the day on, and half an hour before the race (My friend drinks a sip of gatorade Just before the race, to get some electrolytes in, is this good?)
-How to go off the starting blocks correctly, I am a fast sprinter, but I don't really have good technique going off the starting blocks..
-Is doing some training 2 days before the race good or bad? by training, I mean like sprinting 100m over and over again
