Sprints vs distance running. Which one should i do more of?

Which one gives your face and body a more lean look?If so how daily should i sprint or run? and should i do it before or after calisthetics/weight training?? thankyou lots

  1. long distance will give you more of a skinny tone body and sprinting if you take it seriously with trtaining will give you a more built look


  2. Long distance is good for slimming But sprints like 100 meter run give you muscle. But it depends what your good at. I do short distances but im not bad at long.

  3. i run long distance and its much better than sprints it actually helps you in the long run.
