Spurs and Lakers question?

This two team in NBA west dominated since 1999 till 2007. Remember Lakers had 3peat 2000 till 2002 and Spurs had title 1999 and 2003. It means NBA west had 5yrs in a row NBA title run. I love Spurs, I love the rivalry between Lakers vs Spurs, I hope this game between LA vs SA gets bigger. Just like Boston vs Lakers. It will be great. 2teams dominated west are SA and LA no doubt.

Tim Duncan + Tony Parker + Manu Ginobili = Dynasty right now since 2003?

SHAQ + Kobe Bryant + Rick Foxx = Dynasty from 1999 till 2003

Am I right about this? if so explain me why, if not tell me about it.

i undertand where ur comin from man. I respect the spurs and know they are one h**l of a good team. I would love to see next year western conference finals between Lakers and SPurs. But in the the end I want Lakers vs Boston in finals, only i want lakers to win.

i like both teams but if spurs  was awake when they faced the lakers in the west. finals they would of went to the nba finals an maybe make it to a game 7 with the celtics i go with SPurs

There is no doubt in this last decade- that the Spurs and Lakers have been the two top teams in the West- and it seems that the two teams have had some great series over the years.

The Spurs window of opportunity is closing- but you can never count them out with the big 3.  It'd be nice to see another classic series between the two teams- but the West just seems to get better everyday--- i wouldn't be surprised to see these two teams square off for the West.

And while i do not like the Spurs as a rival- i usually root for them in the Finals- since i try to root for the West over the East. Don't like you guys all that much- but go much respect for you.

Spurs-Lakers isn't even close to the rivalry of Lakers-Celtics and never will be. Also, I wouldn't consider the Spurs to still be a dynasty. And I agree with the other poster - Fisher deserves to be in that list over Fox.

I do think Lakers-Spurs offer some interesting games but, like many others, San Antonio bores me to no end (nothing was worse than Spurs-Cavs finals). Also, Lakers-Spurs isn't even close to being the rivalry that Lakers-Kings is (anyone from LA or NorCal knows that).

I am a PROUD TEXAS resident and have been since a yungster, I now live in San Antonio and I've seen the sours play alot, and they're not that exciting but they will beat you down with that ol school plain a** basketball, and I'm not a Lakers fan but d**n Kobe can ball, and I love to see the Spurs Lakers games cause yes those 2 teams dominate to West and unless some other team can consistently compete with them then they're gonna continure to dominate. EVEN THOUGH I'M A MAVS FAN!!!!! GO MAVS GO!!!!!
