  1. its still to early to tell THFC! dont give up just yet!

  2. looks like both north london clubs are all and truly S**t mate.

yeh mate i'v been pulling my hair out..so out your self lucky thinsg can only get better...well maybe not for use becouse spurs have chelsea next.

  3. calm down my spud buddy... we are only two games in the teams gotta gel.. it aint over yet.. ffs we might still only be one point above ya comes monday night ... but i still would believe we can win the title ... chill bud ... give em time ...

  4. Before the season started, and despite the money you spent, I could still see that you hadn't addressed what I thought your major problem has been for the last few seasons.

My opinion is that your midfield is still lightweight.  They are very good with flicks and tricks, but when a team really gets stuck into you, your midfield gets shaken up and often collapses.  As a result, your defence is put under a lot of pressure and is the reason you conceded so many goals last season.

As a Newcastle fan, I respect the Spurs philosophy of attacking football, but sometimes you also need players who can kick someone up in the air when needed.

As for keane and Berbatov, Spurs are right in getting as much money as they can for players who don't want to play for you.  Forget about them, but make sure you don't panic-buy inferior replacements for huge amounts of money.

  5. Not a Spurs fan

but compared to last season don't take offence in me saying i think Ramos has lost the plot..

EDIT:   :) , and your VERY right about Robbie Kean.....he's just had 2 games at Liverpool..but what's he done? nothing. , at Spurs him and Berba complimented each other so well...i think that could be a contributing factor as to why Berba might leave , and going off that assumption that he does leave if Ramos wants to improove the team he needs ATLEAST 1 more striker......Modric and Giovani are good but they cant play make if they dont have anyone to do it for.

  6. ramos is fiddling and tinkering too much. having been over zealous in the summer clear out they have failed to replace players and find better players for key positions. with only a week to go till the transfer dead line i dont see much chance of these replacements coming in and even if they did they will struggle to gel for a while. i fear this season will be one of mediocrity and 'rebuilding'. our midfield is great at passing and keeping the ball but all that counts for nothing if we have no one to put it away. we need to have another striker. bent is not going to do it on his own.

  7. Bloody h**l give them a chance they are relatively management they have new players to settle in, even the genius down the road only one the Fa cup in his first season with the gunners

  8. After watching them in pre season i really thought spurs would be good this season but i think with the problems that they had with keane and now with Berbatov has definitely affected them, they should pick up though in the next couple weeks im sure.

  9. Hello mate!

Don't worry, i don't think you can gauge their work until a bit further into the season. I guess when new players arrive it can be a bit unpredictable until they finally settle, when Evra and Vidic first came to United people weren't giving them the same praise they do now. Although having said that, i am wondering if i did the right thing by putting Spurs players in my fantasy football side!
