Spy camera with recording capabilities?

Question

I've been looking for a nanny cam and have some questions. What I really need is a camera that will record to a memory card of some sort so I can review the tape later. Do these exist? I figure they must, but I don't know where to find one. Also what kind of price range are these things in? Finally, does anyone know how many minutes various sized memory cards can store? Thanks.
