Spy - pen question...?

Hi everybody, do you know if there's something like a spy-pen whit a camera that can send instantly the photos and stuff to a computer? Thank you.

I did a quick Google and found the device on the first link below. It claims to provide a 510 by 492 resolution and has audio capability. I'm not sure of how good it really is.

The second link is for an actual wireless pen (that writes as well). The internal batteries last for about 40 minutes, but an external 9v battery lasts about 6 hours.
