Spybot search and destroy registry changes?

for spybot search and destroy, sometimes it says something something wants to make a registry change, and i if i allow it or not

i know how little things can do it too

but what if i allowed the change that spybot found, and it was bad

what would happen to my computer?

Registry changes are not always in your computers best interest. I have Registryfix6 and it does well with my computer. Spybot never really impressed me. I had some Trojans and adware and it didn't detect it.

Windows registry is a database use by Windows Operating System.

Usually, no program are suppose to change the registry except when you install a new software or hardware.

The reason why Spybot monitor registry changes is because many spyware and trojan modify the registry to load the spyware & trojan automatically when Windows start up.

If you detect some programs are trying to change the registry but you are not installing new software or hardware. It means that a spyware or trojan is trying to infect your system.

You should deny changes so that the spyware or trojan cannot run automatically when you start your windows.

Many people don't know how to use spybot effectively. That is why they keep getting trojan and spywares while other spybot users do not have the same issue.
