Spyware.cyberlog-x HELP !?

hi i have windows vista and i have mcafee would that help delete the spyware.cyberlog-x i have on my computer.. if not can you please tell others ways

Spyware.CyberLog-x is a Spyware name that warning message displays to user. This warning message is saying that users computer is infected with Spyware.CyberLog-x. Spyware.CyberLog-x warning messag very similiar to Trojan-Spy.Win32@mx, Networm-i.Virus@fp or System Alert Pop-up.
