Squats and cellulite?

so i havent been able to work out lately because my gym is at my university and i just havent had the time also. I've been doing squats instead because I have cellulite and i don't know what to do about it anymore. My question is, will squats even help or am i wasting my time? thanks!

  1. i have cellulite also and i've kinda been working out. i've been told nothing really helps cellulite.. it's the genes in your family. but it could minimize it. i was thinking about trying the 'Nivea body challenge' i saw it on the Tyra show. haha. so maybe give that a try? the results looked like it worked! But I guess just keep working out until you see it slowly minimizing.


  2. My hubby is on the body for life diet, and has been for 3 weeks, he's lost about 50% of the cellulite, and is looking really good.  You should look into that!!  :)  

  3. Squats will definitely help! Keep exercising, it is very good for cellulite!

    Also, to reduce cellulite, you have to:

    - avoid fast food and sodas

    - massage your problem areas

    - scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)

    - use a contrast shower

    - go for some body wrapping procedures.

    Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

  6. You can't get rid of cellulite once it's there. It just becomes less noticeable as you lose weight. Squats are good, but do other workouts too.
