in submission grappling when the person is mounted on you and they do a bunch of stuff to your face like push your nose upwards, grind your teeth against your gums, sometimes choking... no matter how much i struggle i get this squeaky sound that i cant control from my voice. how do i control it? can the other person hear it?

  1. well what there doing is makeing it hard for u to breath....ummm as far as the squeaking noise..i think i know what ur talking about...but there really is'nt way to control it...but u get the noise cuz ur trachea is well...getting choke'd out and as well was ur larynx(the thing that produces noice).but for one...lol dont let them do that to u do...i hate it when they dothat...so i somethings clock them in the head if they do that to me in practice.lol...but the best thing is proply control ur breathing a little better. good luck.
