Squeaky Clean Water Damaged Phone Help!?

Question

I sent my phone thru the washing maching in my pants pocket and now it doesnt work. I put the battery back in and it just vibrates, and sometimes the screen lights up just white. The water damage dot on the phone and the battery did both turn red. What can i do?!

Maybe drying out with a hair dryer might help.However,I think the phone's life is over.
