Squeaky shoes? help!!!!?

hi! i have these new brown flats that i love.... but... they squeak! they have plastic treads on the bottom... and the first day of school is tomorrow and i dont want them to be loud! and im not just not going to wear them ever so is there any way to get rid of the squeak... or will it be there forever?

Try to use another type of shoes

try braking them in. Like, wear them around the house and everything. If they still squeak then you should try to put glue on the bottom. i did. on that little fold on my shoe. it dried and became clear. then PRESTO squeak was gone. =D GOOD LUCK

Walk lightly, like on your tippee toes (but don't make it obvious or you'll look crazy while walking). I've got some heels that squeak and this usually works for me.  Or you can talk really loudly while you walk.

Use sandpaper to rough up the bottoms.

They will stop squeaking, new shoes are annoying when you put them on: squeaks, a little tight on your feet. They will stop after a while.
