Squirt soda, does it make you tired?

me and my girlfriend just drank some squirt and about like 20 minutes later we both started to feel tired and its almost 11 at night.i usually stay up til 2 or 3a.m. in the morning than crash out.does this soda really make you tired??

Squirt doesn't contain anything that will make you sleepy.

Do you normally drink a different kind of soda around that time of night? Squirt is caffeine free. If you are normally drinking soda with caffeine in it and drank caffeine free instead, it could explain things. It's not the soda that did it, your body is just used to having caffeine to keep you awake and didn't get it.

Squirt is full of caffiene which can affect those with ADD differently than most people.  stay away from this type of beverage.

No, I really don't think it has a sedating ingredient. Probably just coincidence :0)
