On the 71/2 Quadrangle,Cody,Wyoming,Scale 1:24,000,Draw a topographic profile from D 2.8(along the Transmission Line) to Stampede Avenue at the marker 5088sT at H.5-7. Label the highest terrace Powell and the second highest terrace Cody

You should have everything you need in your book or charts to help you find the answer.  I do not have topographic maps handy to me to figure out your question and make your comparisons.  In order to become a good geologist, you need to know how to do this yourself.
