The Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) chairman, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Dandeniyage-Somachandra-De-Silva-c52210, revealed on Tuesday that the country sports minister, Mahindananda Aluthgamage, has written a letter to his Indian counterpart, asking him to play his part in resolving the

From Sri Lanka’s total of nine provinces, seven will feature in the inaugural edition of the inter-provincial competition.
Besides Sri Lanka’s national and domestic cricketers, various international players will also play in the Twenty20 tournament and the respective boards have also issued them NOCs (No Objection Certificates) for participation in the

and this has disappointed the SLC.
The SLC chairman hoped his Indian counterpart would go back home and speak to his committee to reverse the decision.
