I'm not sure if my poor sleep is to blame but I've had trouble focusing on people and truly understanding what they say when they talk to me. I also can't hear them at all and need to ask them to repeat what they say to me. I can't figure out why and I've turned to my bad sleeping habbits I usually stay up until about 4am maybe 5am and wake up around 12pm or 1pm. Also, I'm 15 years oldCould this poor sleeping schedual I have be affecting my my Mood and Mental Awareness?
