St. Maarten day trips - which should I choose?

I'm thinking of taking a day trip to either St. Barths, Anguilla, Tintemarre, Pinal Island, or Prickly Pear Cay while I'm in St. Maarten. Has anyone taken these trips and is there one you prefer? I'm looking for a little snorkelling and lots of sun!

We went to Anguilla for the day and it is a very beautiful island. We took the ferry out of Marigot and the day we went the water was calm. We didn't rent a car, we hired a cab and he gave us a tour while taking us to Shoal Bay East. We set a time for him to return and he was right there on time.
