  1. Where in Mexico?

    If it's Mexico City, I'd pick St Croix. If we're talking Cancun, I'd pick Cancun.

    St Croix isn't really good for much ... diving and shopping. At least Cancun has interesting places nearby. You've got Tulum (Mayan ruins) and Isla Mujeres, which I hear is great for snorkeling and dving.
