I got my belly button pierced about 3 or 4 weeks ago and its been healing

fine, but recently every time I exhale I feel it...like...poking me. I can't really explain, its like a small stabbing feeling, I just cleaned it again and it's still there. Is this normal? Is it infected?

  1. i would say got to the doctor. i had a Friend who had hers done and they accidentally pierced part of her abdominal wall. she had to have the piercing removed so the hole could heal properly.

  2. It could possibly be an infecting, or maybe where you twist it on your getting pinched. Rub it with alcohol or peroxide twice a day and make sure your not getting pinched. If its still like this in 2 weeks, go to the place you got it pierced

  3. go tp the doctor!?

  4. if your belly button ring is infected its not a big deal cause that will happen a few times since its hard to keep clean but you will now if its infected because a light green/white goo will come out when you move it. Dont clean it more then twice a day it will make it dry. Dont put anything with iodine on it (make sure you use salt without it) & i would go back to the place you got it done to see if they can help you out.

  5. my friend had that to and it just the pain that you get after you had it pierced for a while it will go away!! some people get them and some people don't i never had them and after the pain you might get some soreness and some redness and after that its fine. but the stabbing pain like period cramps comes with the piercing. lucky for me i never had them to be honest with you. its not infected cause if it was you wouldn't be able to touch it or anything. so the pain is normal honestly.
