Stables In The WWE?..?

Why is it that Vince has become so afraid of stables? Back in the Attitude Era, it was the stables that made everything so great. You had DX, The Ministry, The Corporation, The Nation, The Radicalz, The Brood, etc. It’s not like these stables prevented the wrestlers from individual success, The Rock won multiple WWE titles, HHH won WWE titles, Undertaker won WWE titles, all while in the stables. The stables also made great storylines, you had feuds, wrestlers jumping to other stables, betrayals, it practically wrote itself. How something could have been such a runaway success yet be completely discarded now?

Yeah it really sucks...the only stable that is really going around was La Familia, but since that is now broken up, the only one around would have to be TNA's Brotherhood Justice League or whatever you wanna call it

Remember what happened to WCW when practically everybody was on a tag-team or stable?

People got bored and then WCW was finished.

Your preaching to the choir on this one...stables are definitely a piece of the backbone of success in wrestling. Fans do like to see cliques, gang warfare and group domination.

I agree that stables do make for great story lines. Plus when there are run-ins you know who's on who's team (unless it is a stable change storyline). I would love to see some new groups emerge from this moment.

Stable also boost careers I mean look at Road Dogg and Billy Gunn. A mediocre tag-team with some skill and after joining DX. It boost their confidence and their fan fare.

Where were the WWE going with Cena & Cryme Tyme? La Familia is effective but had too many names included that were still undeveloped characters like Bam Neely and Hawkins & Ryder (this is prior to winning the Tag-Team Titles).

I wouldn't know what to exactly name them but do you think this group would work?

CM Punk, Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes - all as heels.
