With Tottenham Hotspur really serious in bringing the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 international to the White Harte Lane, the Breton club is actively searching for a good replacement
English Premier League side, Tottenham Hotspur have finally decided to take action on the case of Stade Rennais star, Yann M’Vila. Just a few days back, it appeared that the player would be with the Breton club for one more season.
The Brittany club has now reportedly started its search for a new defensive midfielder who can ably replace Yann M’Vila. A few weeks ago, Stade Rennais were leading the chase for the signature of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mali-c2951 international, Kalilou Traore who is currently under
contract at Odense.
However, with a few English and German clubs also interested in the 24-year-old, negotiations have slowed down.
Therefore, Les Rogues et Noirs are studying other options available to them according to Scandinavian newspaper, Aftonbladet. Reports claim that Rennais are keeping tabs on young http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Oscar-c28720 Hiljemark. The youngster is currently under contract
at Swedish Allsvenskan side, Elfsborg for whom he first splashed into the scene back in 2010.
The powerful Swede is also attracted by the idea of further developing his career at La Route de Lorient.
While talking to media a few days back, the youngster admitted of clubs’ interest in him but also confirmed that so far, nothing concrete has come up. However, Hiljemark hinted that the idea of playing for Rennais intrigues him.
“I know there are people from different clubs watching me and sometimes it’s positive that they are interested in me. But for now, there is nothing concrete to consider. I am fully focused at Elfsborg. Rennais? This is a good club, a strong team of one of
the best leagues in Europe. This is a club that launched the career of many great players.”
In other words, Hiljemark seems very keen to replace Yann M’Vila at Rennais.
On July 22, 2012, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Petter-Hansson-c29869 succeeded at Rennais, one can
expect the same for Hiljemark who will cost the club just 2 million euros.
