Stade Rennais’s Yann M’Vila will not be sold to Real Madrid, insists Pierre Dreossi – Ligue 1 news
Stade Rennais director general, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Pierre-c29989 Dreossi, has played down the transfer speculations surrounding Yann M’Vila by insisting that the midfielder will not be sold in this summer transfer season.
Spanish giants http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Real-c30728 Madrid, who are being tipped as the leading contender to land the highly-rated midfielder, has yet not contacted us to know the availability and discuss the possible transfer move of M’Villa, claimed Dreossi.
The France international has been heavily linked with a move away from Route de Lorient, with Real Madrid being mooted as favourites to get his signature. Los Galacticos, who are bolstering their squad by spending big in this transfer window, would do the
world of good to their squad should they sign the French international. The 20-year-old has appeared for the Red and Blacks on 80 occasions since his arrival in August 2007, earning the repute of being one of the best midfielders in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899.
Dreossi has given a clear message to Jose Mourinho, insisting that big money and lucrative deals will not be enough to lure the midfielder away from France.
“Real Madrid have not called us about the availability of M'Vila, but I do not intend to listen even if they do approach us. M'Vila is not leaving the club. We have agreed on a contract extension for one additional season and he stay at Rennes.” He was quoted
as saying.
It is being reported that English Premier League clubs, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 and Manchester United, are continuously monitoring the situation with a lot of interest and have reportedly shown interest to sign the prodigy for the upcoming premier league season.
Dreossi, however, looks determined to hang-on to the talented midfielder.
“If he leaves it will not be until summer 2012. We will not listen to any offers for him. This has already been decided by the club and the player. He's still focused on the club and has not told us that he wants to leave.” Dreossi concluded.
The French international, who recently extended his contract until 2015, has already racked up 10 caps for Les Blues.
