Stain marker for polyester?

Does such a thing exist in white? I recently bought a 100% polyester flag and the white portion has two brown ink spills stained on it that are unremovable. Is there a device I could get that would whiten these up, disguise them?

You could try a bleach pen but you would have to be careful that it didn't leak any farther then just where you want it. Another thing that might work is white shoe polish. You could use a paint brush and just touch it on where you need it.
