Stainless steel Help!!!!!?

I always said I would never get stainless steel appliances because they are hard to keep clean. I bought stainless steel!!! Any easy ways to keep it clean?? Also my exhaust fan ( the vents) has become darker in certain spots. Any suggestions? Thanks. By the way I do not live in the U.S. so I dont have access to all products.

Wash with warm soapy water. Use soft sponge. Dry. Then use stainless steel polish. Buff with a towel till towel comes of dry. Go with the grain of steel.

I clean my stainless steel with white vinegar. Just dip a soft cloth into vinegar and gently rub the appliances with it.

Use WD-40 on your stainless....you will be surprised!  no finger prints, cheaper and same ingredients as high dollar products!  Use it on your stainless sinks also!

For streaks I always use rubbing alcohol. It never streaks. I think the spots are heat spots and nothing short of elbow grease will get rid of those...unless they are so far gone that they are irreparable.
