  1. Yes , run in place for six hours, this is the only way to see fine results ahhhhh that's better. If you can, run outside for six hours a day ahhh that's better. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF VITAMINS AND NUTRIENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  2. There's this FREAKING AMAZING (eBay!!) workout video called TurboJam....builds stamina, great workout and fun. Stamina is something you don't really notice when you get it, so try not to focus on that when working out and evntually it will come!!!!

    GOOD LUCK!

  3. The best way to build up stamina is interval training.  That's going at a very fast pace (sprinting) for 30 seconds or so and then slowing down to a jog for a recovery period of about 3 minutes.  Do this workout for a sustained period of 45-60 minutes - depending upon your current fitness level.  You can do it without actually sprinting... just pick up the intensity of your exercise by jumping (using more large muscle groups) and then for the recovery period use smaller movements (but keep moving).  You could do it on a treadmill, too.  It's a great way to condition your heart and lungs.
