Stamina???????

i need work on my stamina i have asthma and its moderate to bad and comes out when i box i can do 2 3 minute rounds ok but if i train then spar which is usuallyu 3 minute rounds i get gassed and if i run on a treadmill before i spar forget it so i need to do something to do separate from bag work and sparring also any tips. thanks i appreciate it

  1. No short cut to stamina unfortunately... Your gonna have to work harder than if you did not have asthma.... try getting used to longer rounds (5 min rounds, 30 sec breaks)... Push Push Push... you'll get there... Good luck..

    DO a mix of polymetrics (short explosive exersises)

    and

    Road work... (skip, cylce and run)


  2. Asthma huh? Well one thing you could do is jog for 15 minutes but with short walking breaks in between. Best advice I have
