Standard Culinary Attire?

I'm attending college in less than a week & I'm taking the culinary course...I'm not sure of what kind of attire is expected of me, all I know is that I need steal-toed shoes. If any certified chefs could point me in the right direction that'd be great. I need help ASAP!

It is different for every school. You should get a list your first day. Usually it is black or white chef pants- not baggy, plain white tee shirts with no designs or logos to wear under your chefs jacket, a handkerchief, socks white or black, chefs hat, either steel toed shoes or just black or white leather polished shoes.
