Use the term STP (Standard Temperature and Pressure):

1atm = 760mm Hg = 101.3kPa = 1013 hPa

So in your case, 101.3 kPa (but any of these will do as they are the same, just use the same units in the question).

0 degrees Celcius is the temp when converting to STP:

However, if you are using the combined gas law, you would use Kelvin:

0 + 273 = 273K is the temperature at STP.
