Terek Grozny’s Stanislav Cherchesov explains the reason behind Syarhey Amelyanchuk and Levani Gvazava departures during the winter transfer window.
While the media is linking Terek Grozny with high profile player purchases for the ongoing winter transfer window, they are certainly not pointing out the likely departures from the Russian outfit.
The Chechens head coach, Stanislav Cherchesov, has now stepped up to confirm that Syarhey Amelyanchuk and Levani Gvazava are set to leave the Russian outfit during this transfer window.
Cherchesov, who signed a two-year contract before joining the Russian outfit from the Russian First Division club, Zhemchuzhina Sochi, revealed the reason behind the likely departures and assured the fans of quality signings in their place.
The Nohchi defender, Amelyanchuk, joined the Russian outfit on a four-year deal before spending a successful season with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Rostov-c39192, back in 2008. The Belarusian defender has 72 caps for his national team, to date.
Amelyanchuk, on the other hand, has proven himself in the Russian top division, making 28 league appearances this season and helping the Russian outfit by claiming clean sheets against decent clubs.
Cherchesov revealed that the former Lokomotiv Moscow stopper had himself asked for a transfer and revealed that they terminated his contract with immediate effect on mutual consent. 
Speaking on the reason behind Levani Gvazava’s departure, the Russian tactician revealed that the Georgian footballer has had a wonderful time with the Russian outfit but he refused to extend his stay with the Nohchi. 
The Soviet Cup winner went on to admit that he provided the former Spartak Nalchik player with more first team chances after replacing Ruud Gullit. Gvazava made 22 Russian Premier League appearances this term.
“We must understand that in life of a footballer, there are times when you want to change the situation.
“After the match against CSKA Moscow, Gvazava approached me and expressed a desire to leave the club at the end of the year. I asked him to think again before making a decision.
“His agent along with the player is exploring several options at the moment. I wish him luck and we respect the opinion of the player.” The former Spartak Moscow manager was quoted as saying.
Following Ramzan Kadyrov’s takeover as the club president, the Chechens have been looking for big-name signings. The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nicolas-Anelka-c27786, was one of the names linked with the Chechens during the summer transfer window.
However, the deal failed to materialize after the former Sunderland player decided to join http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Shanghai-Shenhua-c40497 instead.
Cherchesov revealed that Terek have found the replacements for the departing players and assured the fans of a promising third league round.
