Stanley Cup finals for the ages....EXCITED?

I think this Cup final is loaded with stars,stories,drama.It is going to be fun.I am really excited because the teams are great and the talent level is truly off the radar.How can you not be fired up.Do you think its the best line ups and talent level in years??

It has all that is needed to be an exciting Stanley Cup final except I strongly dislike both teams. Since one of these teams obviously has to win I am hoping for a game 7.

Yeah ...I started watching the wings in the mid eighties...when I was in my thirties.......I think this will be a great series and I think Detroit will prevail.

Straight up-- the best 2 are there... Should be a good series.. Think it should mirror the series the Wings had with Nashville in terms of close games

And eventhough the games for the most part will be close, I'm gonna call it Wings in 5....

well yes it will be solely because of crosby's first cup as well as malkins... crosby the face of the nhl right now as well as malkin who is the best player in the nhl are playing on the same team both only 2-3 years into their careers... many more to come for the pens with malkin and crosby on your team

Yeah, it's nice to see two "skill" teams in the Finals.

Should be a high scoring affair, even with the Wings stifling defense.

Wings in 6 or 7.

Oh, and "dirty duck" - those AARP jokes are a bit stale.. if you haven't noticed, the Red Wings are mostly younger guys now. It's not our fault that Chelios drives the average age on this team way up. :D (Hasek too)

It will be a great series when the Pens are raising the cup. Probably one of the most high caliber match ups for any championship in any sport.

this is def. a battle for the ages and i know the pens can pull this one off just like the previous rounds. i expect the pens to play at their absolute best and edge out the wings in a few games. i think this series will not reflect the competition though and Pens in 5 or 6

this is awesome cause the pens advanced to the finals on my birthday (this sunday!) and they haven't been to the finals since 1992, which is my birth year.

but this is an awesome matchup and i'm real excited to see how intense this will be. GO PENS

Yep, just hope the refs can keep their heads out of eachother's @sses long enough to see what's going on in the games.

I hope you Pittsburgh fans are ready to watch a real opponent for your Penguins. They haven't a real hockey team yet in the postseason.
