Hey guys! :)

Hmm well of course school's almost here for most of us or some of us.

And of course we all need new school supplies =D!

So I was wondering which is the best store to go to for school supplies?

As in the most cheapest, but high quality, lots of variety and all that stuff.

Which one do you prefer?

Any opinions or experiences, and which one you go to to buy or which one people should go to.

Kay Thanks guys! :D

  1. i like both places... and it depends wat u need too. both places have their own sale. so just go to their websites and look for their weekly ads.

  2. I would say staples for the bigger things like binders, a claculator, a backpack ect

walmart for things like loose leaf paper, folders, pencils ect

  3. im from canada!

yeah, walmarts a little better in canada.

theyre quality isnt that good but its cheaper.

id say staples for notebooks and stuff they're cheap now.

  4. I go to staples. Or target. But Walmart is good. I use to get school supplies there, and still do (but not for me, i buy it, than donate it to kids that can't afford it through a organization).  I really think it does not matter where you shop for school supplies because they all look the same anyways. =) I am just using one of the five star(by mead, its about 15 dollars) binder. It looks like a notebook, but with rings. And its a deluxe thing. And it comes with everything besides pencils and pens inside. But i still need to get more paper, its not gonna last me forever. I use the dividers to separate my subjects and yea. Its alot easier than buying individual binders and notebooks. =) That's what i am using, and one of those expensive calculators that cost like 100 dollars. =/

  5. I think it really all depends on what you want to buy.

Office Max (if you have those in Canada) has really good deals, too.

But I have found Staples to be overpriced, and Walmart tends to have the better deals. Of course, depending on where in Canada you live, it could be more expensive to shop at Walmart (with sales)

I'd say you go to the Staples and Walmart websites, or look in your newspaper for coupons and find which store has better deals.

also, walmart tends to have more stuff, but staples, office max and all those places tend to sell higher-quality stuff. Like FiveStar-theres more items in the office stores than in walmart or Target.

and if you want, you could try both stores, like shopping around before buying.

  6. I would have to say staples if you are going for more quality supplies. They do have higher prices, but I'd say it's very acceptable for how high quality their items are. (If you need a binder, get Staples "most durable binder", they last the whole year and even longer, being tossed around in your backpack too!) Walmart has a selection of more cheaper items that don't last as long as Staples. They have a lot more characterized items like Hannah Montana, Spongebob, etc. , too. But, Walmart items are okay if you are okay with buying supplies throughout the year, which ends up being about the same price as Staples. So, either way, you spend about the same $ total. Hope this helps! :)

  7. definitely staples!

They have more variety in school supplies.

especially now since its back to school season.

Also, they have very cheap stuff!

You can go to staples.ca and check out the online flyer.

  8. Staples have more

    walmart cheaper Kinda

but staples is good for back to school stuff:)

  9. idk what its like in canada but here in the us i would say staples =)
