  2. Yes.

    Took this from Wikipedia:

"Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron is the third Star Wars Battlefront video game, released in North America on October 9, 2007 and in Europe three days later. The game was released only for the PlayStation Portable. Renegade Squadron is also available in a bundle pack with the new white PSP redesign featuring Darth Vader on the back."

  3. Yes, and it was a disastrous mistake by the Star Wars Battlefront franchise to make their next title for the psp instead of coming up with a "Star Wars Battlefront 3" for PS2 to make up for the horrible, widely-despised Star Wars Battlefront 2. Essentially the only decent Battlefront game made is still Star Wars Battlefront 1. Because they decided to release the next title on the psp, many people lost interest in Battlefront entirely.

The psp is a poor host for battlefront or for any shooter. The playstation control scheme, which was copied by xbox, uses two analog thumbsticks , which for shooters generally means one stick for aiming, the other for moving. But the psp only has one thumb-nub, it's not true analog (it's a pressure-sensitive button pad), and opposite the thumb nub is the shape buttons. So it is very difficult to control a shooter character on the psp using both thumbs. Particularly since you can't use the d-pad and the thumb-nub at the same time, since they're both on the left side.

If you are gonna get a psp, I suggest you get it for the racing games, and maybe for action games like god of war. It is not good at all for first person shooters.

There are some primitive psp emulators for PC, but they suck.
