Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 3? (KOTOR 3)?

I know that BioWare and Lucs Arts are creating a KOTOR Online, but are they going to make an additional console KOTOR?

I know this probably doesn't help because it is just rumors, but I have heard that KOTOR 3 will be made.   They would pass up to much money if they did not make this game that has already garenteed a nice profit.  Of course the focus right now is the Force Unleashed, but after its completion I wouldn't be surprised if they started looking into KOTOR 3.  You know as well as I do that die hard fans like us would buy and play the game like we did with KOTOR 1 and 2 and we are just a couple of the massive amount of Star Wars fans.  I know this is nothing you didn't already know, but it always makes me feel better to hear others who would like to see the same game created!

Nothing has been officially confirmed yet but we've got some clues. Lucasarts registered the title "The Old Republic" without the "Knights of the" prefix. It's rumored that this means the MMO will be set during the Kotor years without it being Kotor III. This means a third Kotor would not be the online game. We also know that Lucasarts has not yet abandonded the series. This could mean that they referred to the MMO but it's also possible that by series they consider only the single player games and that a Kotor III will be made.

If Bioware is too busy making their own games then Obsidian, the company that made Kotor II, could do a third game.
