Star Wars for the first time how should i watch it?

I saw revenge of the sith like last year and from the family guy star wars episode i basically know how a new hope goes ao im finally going to watch all six movies. i know that episodes 4,5 and 6 were first but how should i watch the movies should i watch them as they came out or in cronological order as in from episode 1 to episode 6

Depends on if you know the big secret that was revealed in Empire. If you don't, then watch IV, V, and VI before I, II and III. If you already know (Most people do, it is basic pop-culture knowledge), then go ahead and watch them I-VI.

It depends on your viewpoint of sci-fi movies.  If you feel a need for a continuous story line, then by all means watch them starting with Phantom Menace and end with Return of the Jedi.  Otherwise,  watch them as the "true fans" of Star Wars did......  Start with New Hope and end with Revenge of the Sith.  Either way should be fine.
