Star wars: What happens to Ahsoka Tano?

so I went to see the Star Wars animated movie the CLone Wars, great movie, and I know it developed between episode 2 and 3 but we don`t see Anakin`s apprentice, Ahsoka Tano in episode 3, does she die in the clone wars? who couldve killed her? if she died, could she become part of anakin`s anger? or did she survive and left anakins teaching for some reason. We know that she is 14 in this movie, how old would she have been in episode 3, whats he difference of time between this movie and episode 3

Considering that her character was created for the Clone Wars, I'd have to assume that she gets killed at some point before Episode III.

I'm guessing she just stays with Anakin for two or three years, then starts getting her own assignments.  She's probably killed in the Jedi purge (Order 66).
