Star wars database leland chee?

I was reading Wired magazine and read a star wars article about Leland Chee and the massive star wars database he created. Just wondering, but is that database acessable at all? I have forwarded your question on to a friend that has a much deeper knowledge of this part of Star Wars.  I just learned about this while trying to plug the new animated movie into the time line of events:

what my friend told me:  "As far as I know, no it's not.  The holonet continuity database is something Lucasfilm employees, including Leland Chee, use to keep the continuity of the SW universe as coherent and correct as possible."
