Question:

Starbucks Employees: Vivanno Blends Questions?

by  |  earlier

So if I were to order the Chocolate Banana one with skim milk and SF vanilla syrup instead of chocolate, how many calories would it have?

If you can't answer that, how many pumps of syrup go in it?

How much milk? Or what drink has the same amount of milk put in?

I can figure it out if you answer those questions!

Thanks much =]

  1. I called and spoke to someone in the main office who put me on hold.  They said with skim milk and SF syrup 250 cals. 21 Prot. 6 fiber and 2 fat.  She also told me they are working on getting the additional information on the web site re: vivanno with soy, skim and other info.

  2. Hey, I work at Starbucks, I'm not sure about the calorie content with those substitutions (sorry, I just make them, not study them) but anyway, three pumps of syrup go into the Choc. Banana, and we don't actually have a finite measure for the milk, but I can tell you that on our blenders we have lines that we fill the liquid up to, i would say maybe 6-8 ounces of milk...MAYBE, I don't really know, but it isn't the same amount as in another drink

But honestly, if you're this worried about calories, you should probably be making these things yourself. Regular ones w/ the mocha sauce has about 270 calories. Also substituting the mocha with SFV would taste awful with the protein powder.

  3. I'm sorry but why make it so complicated.... just get a skinny vanilla latte then...
