Starbucks Help (baristas would be best)?

So I have all the ingredients for the Shaken Passion Iced Tea Lemonade, but I dont have a clue how to brew the Passion tea, should it be concentrated or like regular iced tea. Could you give me precise measurements on how to make a pitcherful of the Passion tea before I shake the lemonade and the tea togehter? Thanks!!

1 liter hot water 1 liter cold water...Then like 50/50 with the lemonade.

they ONLY forgot to tell you to add 8 tea bags if they are the small tea bag and steep for 4 minutes.This is when you add that liter of cold water. Thats it. Oh add sugar if you like it or buy the classic syrup that we use in the store from your local starbucks, It cost about $5.
