Starbucks Stirs/stoppers. Where are they?

I see Starbucks has new green stirs with stoppers for the lid.

Why isn't it at my local Starbucks?

I've read on one flickr photo that it is only at the corporate place. Will it eventually make it to all the stores in the USA?

It's weird, I got one in my latte a week ago and have been back twice since then and no stopper. I thought it was a great idea because every time I hit a bump in my car, my latte would spill. Maybe we have to ask for them?
