i dont know every one but i know Haiti doesn't have one but Dominican republic does but Haiti has a substitute its called mac'kape i think i spelled it wrong but yeah nor do they have subway theres no reason to eat fresh down there..lmao and star bucks **** no one drinks coffee out there also they would get robbed everyday..lmao

Further to earlier answers both Russia and China do have McD's ... They've been in Russia for nearly 20 years and China even has drive throughs... I've seen 'em.

As for where doesn't have any of those chains ... I'm not sure ... but I'd say Iran, Nepal & Myanmar are pretty good bets.

I'm pretty sure Sierra Leone and Darfur are not having "Big Mac Attacks" at this juncture of their ethnic cleansing-and whom ever said Russia and South America is just throwing out answers.....those countries definitely have these businesses inside their borders
