Starbucks cold drinks.?

Question

Ok, I have been in two different Starbucks and asked for a skinny iced latte. In one i got ice cubes and coffee poured over and in the other, i got a blended ice and coffee drink. I prefer the latter and i am just wondering what it is really called?

It's called a coffee frappacino, it comes in several flavors. you can get a cream based frappacino that is made with skimmed milk in flavors vanilla bean and double chocolate chip or  one of the new vivano drinks

The blended one is called a Frappucino. They pre mix the stuff up with regular milk and high sugar content. Try ordering a Frappucino Light. This is made with fewer calories than the original. A Venti has 180 calories compared to 340 for a regular frapp.

Why are you getting these "skinny" drinks with "skimmed" milk.

That's absolutely disgusting.

You know going to Starbucks just screams calories so your not doing any better with those "skinny" drinks.

It sounds like a frappuccino. They're so yum! Especially the caramel frapps! <3

Just ask them when you're next in starbucks.  The blended one sounds like one of their frappuccinos.
