Dont know that exact recipe but I can get close. I make a drink (not at the restaurant but at home) that is a bit unusual. I was joking with a friend one day and added as much coffee to my milk as she added milk to her coffee. The outcome was a really fantastic flavored coffee flavored milk. I still drink it to this day however, now I add a bit of hersheys chocolate and vanilla extract.

Serve this over ice....

2 cups milk

1/4 cup dark rich coffee

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

2 cap fulls of vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon of mint extract (optional)
