pulling one over on them and really getting a large ice coffee with more ice than coffee. I always feel like i kicked the man's *** when i leave there having paid for a medium. What do you think?

I think you aren't terribly smart. Why would you go buy their coffee if, by your own admission, it "is really bad" regardless of whether or not you got a deal?

I think you are getting extra ice included with a medium drink at no extra charge, and frankly they should not charge you any more just for extra ice. You are right that their coffee is so bad that it needs to be covered up with extra everything, be it ice, milk, or sugar. I think Starbucks actually sells a lot more milk than they do coffee.
