Starbucks in paris?

Does starbucks' gift card work in the starbucks located in Paris? or in Nice? I checked the starbucks website and it said that it accepts in many countries around the world but France isn't one of them

Yes, there is.

I'm very surprise there is plenty of them, I prefer so much more  to go to the local cafe / bar.

According to FAQ number 4 on the site below, the system hasn't been extended to France yet.
