hi,

i recently started order a tall, nonfat, HALF WATER chai tea latte when i go to starbucks. i know the tall nonfat chai tea latte has 150 calories, but that is when they use all milk. i was wondering if anyone knows how many calories a tall, nonfat, half water chai tea latte is?? thanks in advance! :)

the chi tea has 0 calories and all you worry about is milk and you said nonfat milk is 150 so it should be 75 cause its half water :)

just find out how much calories is the milk and divide by two since you're only drinking half.
