Go to your MyPage. Under the Minishop tab, there is a row with 6 buttons: Storage, Full House, Colour & Interiors, Save Medoll in Album, Save and Help.

Click on the 3rd button and go to one of your rooms (not the closet one.) Choose an interior and click on it. It should load.
