Is Sam Carter going to apper in any epsodes in season6?

The series has been canceled.  There will be no season 6.

Unfortunatly, there will be no season 6 of SGA, however apparently there is going to be a telemovie to wrap things up. She may be in that, you never know. There is also the upcoming Stargate Universe, where although there is apparently going to be an all new cast, there is bound to be regular cameos from people from previous series'.

On August 20, 2008, it was announced that the series would end after 100 episodes and five seasons. At least one two-hour movie will follow.[2]
